A SLA (Service Level Agreement) is generally offered with this service depending on what carrier is providing the service. Be sure to ask for a SLA when inquiring on service.
*ISDN PRI *This service goes one step further than a digital voice circuit. It includes features lines Inbound Caller ID Name & Number, and DID trunking which allows multiple numbers to be assigned to each channel. This service would require a PRI card for your phone system. If you’re considering upgrading your phone system with a T1 card, consider getting the PRI card as an added value upgrade. The investment would allow any digital voice service, value added features, and the cost is virtually the same.
*SIP *SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) services are widely used for video and voice IP call termination. With this service, you can take advantage of multiple products and services all over a single access line (i.e., Local Loop), potentially reducing the cost of ownership.
